It is the most widely applied software platform for automated tracking and analysis of animal movement and activity.

Additional paradigms

1. Fear conditioning

  • This system measures "freezing" behavior in response to learned cues that predict danger.

2. Active/Passive avoidance

  • These tests are used to assess short-term or long-term fear memory in rodents.
