Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with high heritability and estimated prevalence among children. This presentation will discuss the genetic basis of ADHD, unwinding the scenario of how rare and common variants may be involved in the pathology of ADHD.
