Abstract:

Alexithymia is characterised by an impaired ability to be aware of, explicitly identify, and describe one's

feelings. It is shown by a growing body of research to be a common deficit in patients with psychosis.

The present study aims at investigating the link between alexithymia, clinical symptoms and correlates

in a local sample of patients with early psychosis.
