Abstract:
Large-scale genomic studies of antidepressant side effects have been constrained by the lack of clearly defined and systematically validated phenotypes. Using data from the GLAD (Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression) Study, this project applies structural equation modelling to derive and compare a broad set of candidate side-effect phenotypes, supported by a flexible nf-core GWAS pipeline that enables multiple genetic analyses to be performed efficiently across a range of methods and analytical configurations.
