Exploration on the genetic basis of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with high heritability and estimated prevalence among children. This presentation will explore the genetic basis of ADHD, using genetic association analyses, enrichment testing, and polygenic score analyses. The potential of being applied in clinical practice will also be discussed.
